These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the subscription website services provided by Big Browser (“we”, “our”, “us”) to the client (“you”, “your”).
By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Overview
We design, build, and maintain custom Webflow websites under a monthly subscription plan. Each plan includes specific features and service limits outlined on our website.
2. Subscription Plans
Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews monthly for 12 months.
Plans include a fixed number of update requests per month:
Base plan: 3 update requests per month
Premium plan: 7 update requests per month
Unused requests do not roll over.
3. Ownership
You receive full ownership of your website files and Webflow build at the end of the first 12-month term.
After that, you may:
Stay hosted and maintained with us, or
Transfer the site to your own Webflow account.
4. Payments
Payments are billed monthly via the method you provide. Failure to pay may pause or terminate service until payment is restored.
5. Cancellations
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the initial 12-month term.
After the first year, you may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you may choose to transfer your website to your own Webflow account.
6. Update Requests
Update requests include content changes, text edits, image replacements, and small design adjustments.
They do not include new pages, redesigns, or new features unless covered by an add-on or additional service.
7. Limitations
We do not guarantee specific marketing, SEO, ranking, or performance outcomes.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages (Webflow, email providers, integrations, etc.).
8. Support
Support is provided during business hours via email or messaging channels. Response times may vary.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
